This basement in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, had ongoing water issues that were leaving the space damp and unusable. The homeowner needed a permanent solution to stop the leaks and clean up the environment.

We installed our WaterGuard® drainage system around the interior perimeter to capture groundwater before it reached the floor surface. From there, water is directed to a TripleSafe® sump pump, which provides triple-layer protection — including a battery backup to keep the system running during power outages.

To finish the walls, we installed Foamax® insulated paneling, which adds both moisture resistance and thermal value. The result? A clean, dry, and brighter basement that’s now ready for storage or finishing.

In Okeana, OH, the homeowners were having trouble with water collecting in their basement from exterior French drains. During heavy rains, they worried about water overwhelming their sump pit and didn’t feel confident in their existing setup, (not pictured). We installed a SuperSump system with an UltraSump battery backup to give them reliable protection, even during power outages. Since the exterior French drains were already carrying water to the pit, no extra drainage was needed. The result is a dependable waterproofing system that keeps their basement dry and worry-free.

In Union, KY, this basement wall had started to bow inward due to long-term soil pressure from the outside. Left unaddressed, this kind of foundation damage can worsen over time, putting the home at serious risk. To stabilize the wall, we installed PowerBrace™ steel supports, designed to permanently reinforce and straighten bowed basement walls.

We also protected the area with a full CleanSpace® vapor barrier, helping to keep moisture out of the basement. Along the floor, we installed the WaterGuard® drainage system, which captures and redirects any water seepage to keep the basement clean and dry.

This Oxford basement had an old sump pump, an inefficient dehumidifier, and a moldy stone foundation. We replaced the sump pump with a SuperSump, upgraded the dehumidifier to a SaniDry Sedona, added drainage matting across the floor, and encapsulated the walls and floor with CleanSpace, transforming the space into a clean, dry, and healthy basement.

Hydrostatic pressure was putting an incredible amount of strain on this basement in Florence, KY. Just one cubic foot of water weighs about 60 pounds, which means thousands of pounds of force can be pushing inward against your foundation at any given time. That was the case for this basement in Florence, KY, where built-up groundwater around the foundation led to cracks, leaks, and bowing walls. To address the problem, we installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system to relieve the water pressure, paired with our PowerBrace wall repair system to stabilize and gradually straighten the walls. To finish, we added our BrightWall paneling system, which not only channels wall leaks into the drainage system but also provides a clean, bright appearance.
