When our team checked out this Bethel home, we noticed that they had already had a sump installed in their basement. Unfortunately, this sump was an open model - which was allowing moisture to run freely in the basement. We immediately suggested that they switch to the SuperSump. The SuperSump includes a reliable 1/3 HP Zoeller pump, a WaterWatch alarm system, and a patented SuperLiner with an airtight lid! These sumps are neat and clean, and won't allow odors or moisture to escape. 

This Bethel, OH basement once had a wet floor, an outdated sump pump, and a wall on the left side beginning to cave inward. After our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard along the floor, a SaniDry dehumidifier, and PowerBrace beams to stabilize the failing wall, the space is now dry, stable, and protected for the long term.

This basement in Williamsburg, OH, was dealing with water intrusion and a bowing foundation wall. We installed a WaterGuard drainage system and lined the walls with CleanSpace to keep moisture out and improve air quality. A sump pump (not shown) was added to handle water removal efficiently. To stabilize the bowing wall, we used PowerBraces, which stop further movement and add long-term support. Now the space is dry, protected, and structurally sound.

This basement in Blanchester, OH was leaking heavily and had large cracks forming in the corners — a common issue with poured concrete foundations. When these walls are pushed by external pressure (like water-saturated soil or frost), the corners often crack first because they’re the most rigid and least able to flex.

In these pictures you can see the before and after of this crawl space.  Before, the crawl space had little to no protection from moisture seeping into the crawl space.  Now with the CleanSpace encapsulation system, the crawl space has a vapor and mold proof liner, and the SmartSump will drain any water that seeps under the CleanSpace liner out of the crawl space.
