A homeowner in Lakewood, OH had a dirty, musty and wet crawl space. Cleveland Basement System restored this crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is a thick, pool-liner like material that works as an effective vapor barrier. From troublesome to fixed, this customer was so happy to have a healthy crawl space! 

Water pressure against the exterior walls was causing moisture to seep into the walls of this basement. By installing a 20mil thick CleanSpace liner as well as the no-clog WaterGuard drain line, water had a way to empty into the sump pump. No more mold, high humidity or basement flooding for this homeowner! 

The homeowner desperately wanted to seal the moldy, musty crawl space air from the rest of the home. We achieved this goal by encapsulating it with our CleanSpace system. At 20 mil thick, this 100% waterproof liner completely isolates the crawl space from the dirty, wet earth surface below as well as the outside air. To top it off, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifer was added to the space to rid of high humidity and odors. 

This customer had clear signs of water intrusion in their basement. This was causing water stains and mold to grow. Cleveland Basement Systems installed a comprehensive waterproofing system to create a dry, healthy space. The CleanSpace wall covering, WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump truly transformed this basement! CleanSpace gave the space a clean, bright look while also working as a powerful vapor barrier. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter and drains any water from the walls or floor into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that operates in any scenario, whether it be a storm, power outage or an excess amount of water! 

This home had no way of protecting the basement from water intrusion. We installed our patented, innovative TripleSafe system in order to create a way for water to be gathered and ejected away. Just as the name states, the TripleSafe's three separate pumps work to move up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour away, as well as kick on during power outages!
