Cleveland Basement Systems fixed this leaky crack with the three-part FlexiSpan solution. FlexiSpan utilizes a urethan-based sealant, polyurethane foam strip and gray drywall compound joint in order that water can drain safely into a drywell. 

FlexiSpan was installed on this leaky wall crack in order to permanently repair it. FlexiSpan is just like it sounds, flexible, in order to move with the wall and direct water into a drywell. FlexiSpan will outlast other traditional crack repair products, so the homeowners can have peace of mind about their basement.
