This crawl space is now completely air sealed. RimTite joist insulation is sprayed on top of the wall and between the floor joists to not only seal the space, but insulate it too.

This leaky crack was causing a lot of water to enter the basement. The homeowners even had a bucket to try to catch some of it. A dry well is made at the bottom of the crack to catch the water from the crack, instead of water leaking on the floor. Now this basement is drier and healthier!
