This customer's old sump pump was not working to effectively push out water away from the basement. Installers at Cleveland Basement Systems put in the TripleSafe sump pump. Due to high humidity, mold was growing on the wooden beams of the crawl space. This could result in dangerous wood rot and structural damage.
