This leaky crack was causing a lot of water to enter the basement. The homeowners even had a bucket to try to catch some of it. Cleveland Basement Systems permanently fixed this issue by installing the FlexiSpan crack repair system. FlexiSpan is a three-part process that applies a thick, flexible sealant and membrane that seals in the crack. A dry well is made at the bottom of the crack to catch the water from the crack, instead of water leaking on the floor. Now this basement is drier and healthier!

The FlexiSpan crack repair system is installed with a dry well. The WaterGuard channel is installed in the underground well to create a hidden drainage spot for water flowing down the FlexiSpan system. Now water won't escape into the basement! 

This traditional, unreliable, burnt out sump pump was replaced with the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that not only handles over 6,000 gallons of water per hour, but will also work during a power outage! 

CleanSpace vapor barrier created a clean, sleek and mold-resistant result while WaterGuard allowed a way for water to be drained into the sump pump. Now this homeowner can enjoy their basement without the stress of water problems!
