The reason I went with TerraFirma is because you were the most responsive, we had the best answers and he continually followed up. Before installation we had standing water everywhere. Basement, garage, backyard, you name it. The sump pump is working great. The best part about working with TerraFirma is that everyone was a pro. They did what they said they were going to do with the highest quality of work and with the least destruction possible. I have no criticisms at all. Of course there was a little negotiation with the price, but when is there not. They worked with me and not against me. Great job!

Water, water, water and more water. It was time I called. We did have a lot of water in the basement, but was also seeing it appear in the garage, side yard and around the back yard. What we had installed was a sump pump and a few drainage systems. We had a very successful appointment with Deryl. We found him to be creative with his design and very personable. This project is being done for a client and was a time sensitive project. We were especially impressed by the organization and coordination from call center, to estimate, to production. It's always nice when there are no surprises, and on top of that, our estimate was cheaper then we had initially spoken with Deryl about. I don't think anyone will complain about that.

I have heard of your company before through a friend of mine who used your company for the same reasons I did. They were very happy with the services so I thought when the time came I would call also. Well, the time came and here we are. Installed Waterguard system around half of basement interior wall and sump pump to drain out and attach to existing gutter rain drains outside. We had the estimate complete over a year before we called back to schedule, and they were happy to hear from us and got us scheduled right away. They were booked over 6 weeks in advance, due to the start of rainy season, but showed up on the exact day they had scheduled us. They completed the work much more quickly than originally estimated (less than one day vs two) so less time off work. Their crew cut concrete to install the Waterguard system but the area was amazingly tidy after they left. Half of our basement is finished. They were working in the unfinished area, so we were worried about dust getting around but they kept the door closed, worked very efficiently through the windows in the unfinished area, and took care of business. Since then, we have no longer had water problem during heavy rains.

I found the proposed solutions to be crafted to meet my specific needs. This is one of the reasons we picked your company. Not every estimate that we received completely solved our problem. We got several bids for this job and your company offered what we wanted at a competitive price. Jason was able to work WITH us and put together a plan the we were comfortable with. When we proceeded, he was right there with us answering any questions we had as they came up. Jason did an outstanding job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. 

The response performance and follow-up has been professional in every regard. They did what they promised on schedule, on time, and without any surprises.
