Simple project on our hand. Standing water here. Standing water there. All we really needed to do was put in some french drains and divert the water as needed. Ryan drew up the plan. We were confident it would solve our water problem permanently. so we went ahead with the project right then and there. My favorite part about the service provided was the promptness and quickness to get the project done. Even though they were here and done within the day, we were confident that they didn't cut any corners and did a thorough job, as we have not seen any standing water on the property since installation. No complaints. All praise. Thanks guys for making it quick and taking care of my water problem.

Nick’s visit was successful and much appreciated. He did a really good job of walking us through how the pump works, how to start and maintain the dehumidifier, he gave a demo of how to patch the white covering if it should ever tear and tidied up some loose ends (he cut hanging water hose from previous pump, picked up shop light left behind, followed up on scratches in driveway pavement). Nick is an excellent leader of his crew, he has amazing customer service, and is very professional and delightful to work with.

Currently we are in the process of financing the project. Ryan was the most knowledgeable rep I've ever spoken with. Being in the construction industry, I had a lot of very technical type questions that Ryan was able to answer and give me confidence he knew what he was talking about. Everything went fine. Ryan set great expectations and I understood the entire process and project by the end of our brief meeting. We look forward to working with TerraFirma in the near future.

We are on a massive slope and proper drainage/waterproofing has always been a topic of conversation at HOA meetings. Last year we had a house swept away in a land slide. Since then there has been a lot of construction to prevent this in the future. At the bottom of the hill we were more concerned with drainage and excess water then foundation stability. TerraFirma was brought up at the HOA meeting so we decided to give them a call. They were very responsive and courteous to our project plans. The price was fair. Many of our neighbors had work done by them already so we went with them too. Jason was our service rep. He was knowledgeable and didn't beat around the bush witch we appreciated. He was direct but listened to our needs as a customer. The results were excellent and we are glad to put this preventative disaster system in place before we had a real problem on our hands. 

After months and months of research, TerraFirma won my business for a few main reasons. Their product made me feel most comfortable that I was getting the best bang for my buck. This included the drainage system, wall insulation, new walls and flooring. Deryl was a pleasure to work with. Usually I don't expect niche contractors to be this courteous and honest. I didn't feel like I was being up-sold and the final price of the project was under budget and fair. Drew and his Installation crew was the same way. Deryl and Drew are great assets to your company. Their professionalism was top notch. Everyone arrived on time to the appointments and were ready to get to work as soon as they arrived. A 10/10 overall review in my book.

We were skeptical of the process until Chris fully explained the reasons behind the drainage system. We were worried about the concrete integrity but the system seems to be a very good solution to the leaky basement. The work to install the drain is only a portion of this project. Tearing out a finished basement and redoing it will be a much more expensive proposition. Or so we thought. We were able to get all of our basement needs completed with one company and for a reasonable price. We now have more living space, increased the value of our home and have a place to relax in.  

Your crew as headed by Jon Keas. They acted very professional & competent in all they did.  There was no hesitation as to what to do next. Good Team Work!
