I thought the installation crew were good workers, and I was very satisfied with the outcome, good job!

The 2 men that came to do the work, worked very hard and they were thorough. At the end the man, Yury, explained everything to me, showed me how the pumps work. They were friendly and tried their best to protect the stairs. A Project Manager also came on the second day to check that the pump was installed correctly. The Sales Rep, Steve, was very knowledgeable of all the products and very efficient, and well dressed. The company overall is super professional.
