I was very impressed with the great effort your rep took to work out how my house was constructed, what mods had been done since original construction and the time he spent with me just working out the construction details of my house.

Honesty is the best policy, keep up the good work. I always tell about you guys to my friends since the system was installed, I have no water in my basement so far.

The specialist I met with was Eric Coulombe, and he was excellent. He listened to me, answered my questions and took the time to explain a few things and was very patient.  I greatly appreciated his time and help.
