This crawl space was not collecting standing water, however ground moisture is always a concern and these homeowners liked the idea of having a conditioned crawl space that was just like any other floor of their home. We replaced their preexisting 6 mils. thick black vapor barrier with a much more durable 20 mils. thick crawl space lining called CleanSpace. The lining is anchored securely to the foundation walls and won’t tear or move around like the 6 mils. vapor barrier will. We also covered their crawl space vents with CleanSpace Vent covers to complete the encapsulation. The covers are made of completely inorganic material and won’t rust or support the growth of mold or mildew. Finally, a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier was installed to give the homeowners complete control over the moisture and humidity levels in the crawl space. 

Ralph and Royanne had been living in their Marysville residence for most of their lives. There were rats and water was leaking into their crawl space. After getting their free inspection from Rainy Day, we went and did a full clean-out of the crawl space. We also installed new drainage, and added our SmartSump pump system. The once dusty, and rat-infested crawl space has now been transformed with our thick and durable CleanSpace liner and waterproofing system.

Using drainage trenching and the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we turned this filthy Everett crawl space into a clean and healthy environment. The drainage was positioned along the interior footing of the foundation walls directing water seepage to the SmartSump we installed. Next, we encapsulated the space in CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a highly durable, seven-layer crawl space lining that greatly reduces moisture and humidity levels. The lining also has an antimicrobial agent built right in to prevent against the growth of mold and mildew. Finally, we added a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier to further control the moisture in the space. 

Before crawl space encapsulation, Joshua's home in Everett, WA, was very wet. The damp environment in the crawl space was causing issues for the home, such as mold growth and a musty odor. To fix the problem, we installed CleanSpace, a durable and waterproof liner, to encapsulate the crawl space. This prevents water from entering the space. In addition, we installed drainage trenching and a sump pump to remove any water that may accumulate under the home. A dehumidifier was also installed to help keep the space dry. With these measures in place, Joshua's crawl space is now clean and healthy.

We helped fix Josh's wet crawl space in Everett, WA, after he called us concerned about water seeping in. He had just recently moved into the home, and started having moisture issues right away. To repair his crawl space, we started by installing a sump pump to get rid of the standing water, and drainage trenching along the inside perimeter to prevent any more water from getting in. We also set up a dehumidifier to help with the excess moisture in the air. Finally, we encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner to create a barrier against moisture.
