David and Linda, from Lynnwood, WA, were having moisture and mold problems in their messy crawlspace. They wanted to improve the conditions of the environment under their home before selling it. We visited them for a free inspection and estimate to determine a solution that met their needs.

Our crew installed our SmartDrain System. This crawl space drain which can channel out water beneath the vapor barrier and prevent it from collecting in the space. We also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace seals the crawl space from the damp soils underneath. Finally, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This is very important to keep humidity low in the crawlspace.

The result was not only a cleaner crawl space but also far less musty air in the home. Plus, no more critters such as carpenter ants entering through crawlspace openings. David and Linda started noticing positive changes in their air quality right away after having the work completed.

After a rat made its way into this damp, dirty crawlspace in Mountlake Terrace, WA and the homeowners decided it was time to find a solution. Our crew came and transformed their crawlspace into a healthy, dry space free of rodents. We encapsulated the crawlspace in CleanSpace, our thick and durable vapor barrier. All vents and penetrations were sealed and we added our SaniDry to dehumidify the crawlspace and control moisture. The result was a beautiful and clean home free from pest intrusion.

This Stanwood home had water leaking into the basement though the footing. After completing a free inspection and estimate, we determined that a damp and musty crawl space was the source.

To prevent ground water seepage, we installed drainage trenching along the interior footing of the foundation walls. This will direct all captured ground water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump we added. The TripleSafe incorporated three pumps in one including a battery back-up system that offers the homeowner to best protection against water intrusion. The crawl space was then encapsulated in CleanSpace, a highly durable vapor barrier that greatly reduces moisture and humidity levels. 

This Burlington crawl space was in terrible condition. The vapor barrier was shifted around and had allowed dirt and water to get on top, making it a mess and ineffective. The homeowners said there were natural springs in the area and they have been struggling with water intrusion in their crawl space since it was built back in 1994.

We replaced their pre-existing sump pump with our more powerful TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe features three pumps in one offering the homeowner the most protection against water intrusion. Next, we added drainage trenching to direct the ground water and other seepage towards the new TripleSafe.

Finally, we lined their crawl space with a more durable lining than the traditional 6 mils. black barrier they previously had. CleanSpace Light is a 10 mm thick vapor barrier that has an antimicrobial agent built right in. The lining greatly reduces the moisture and humidity levels in the space, in addition to furthering prevent against mold and mildew. 

This home in Burlington had water leaking in the crawl space through the gutters and the vapor barrier. The crawl space had piled up insulation and was experiencing dampness so the homeowners were looking for a solution.

We first removed all debris and organic material and then dug shallow trenches to lay down drainage piping to guide the water out of a LawnScape Outlet away from the yard.

To protect the home from further water damage, we added a TripleSafe sump pump system at the low spot of the crawl space. We encapsulated the area using CleanSpace to seal it and provide better air quality in the living space.

A bonus to the encapsulation process is the energy savings along with less problems of unwanted pests or mold. To finish, we put in a SaniDry Dehumidifier to maintain air humidity, leaving air in the home perfectly comfortable.

The results were a beautiful, healthy, and dry crawl space for years to come.
