Basement Egress Window Installation in Russell Springs, Kentucky

This homeowner wanted an egress window installed in their finished basement so that they could claim a bedroom on their homes appraisal. We started by digging a trench and cutting the concrete to make room for the 35x54 inch window and the RockWell window well. The well mimics a natural stone, and is made of a high-strength fiberglass composite. The well contains stair steps, allowing for easy access. The window well cover is translucent and allows for natural sunlight to fill the basement. We also made sure to caulk all the seams correctly. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome.

Smart Jacks Installation Under a Crawl Space in Frankfort, Kentucky

The owner of this home had a sinking crawl space that was resulting in sagging floors. In the "before" picture you can see their old jacks were not adjustable, meaning they could not change the height of the jacks to adjust for the sinking crawl space. Their old jacks were also rusting and becoming weaker. Luckily, our SmartJacks are able to be adjusted throughout time, countering the sinking crawl space effect. They are also a lot stronger and durable than the old ones, and will not rust.

Foundation Repair Company in Williamstown, Kentucky

In Williamstown, drought conditions brought in the Fall of 2024 have exaggerated the effects of settling, resulting in many houses to sink. For this house, we installed piers on the footers to transfer the weight of the home onto stable load-bearing soils. We then raised the foundation using hydraulics, which effectively closed the gap seen in the before picture.

Sunroom Foundation Leveled in Corinth, KY

This family in Corinth, Kentucky, had a lovely sunroom, but the concrete floor started to sink. They tried to make the space more comfortable by placing linoleum on the floor, but that only concealed the real problem. Finally, they called The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky and got a free estimate. We were able to lift and seal the concrete using our expansive foam jacking process. The family was able to rearrange the sunroom and make it more comfortable afterwards.

Concrete Repair in Lancaster, Kentucky

This back patio slab in Lancaster, KY, had settled by a few inches. We raised the slab back up with our PolyLevel foam injections. You can see the difference in elevation by looking at the gap between the slab and the vinyl siding of the home. By leveling this slab back out and slightly pitching it away from the home, rain & water from the hot tub are now directed away from the foundation of the home.
