A homeowner in Rochester was dealing with a crawlspace that had clearly been showing its age for decades. Built in 1900, the home’s crawlspace was far from typical. The homeowner had started noticing sagging floors on the main level, along with a strong musty odor coming from below the house. When our System Design Specialist arrived to inspect the situation, it quickly became clear this would be a challenging project. The crawlspace had multiple small “rooms,” extremely tight areas, and other sections with as much as 5' of clearance, making repairs very difficult. Moisture, failing support beams, and poor air quality were all contributing to the home's ongoing problems.

Despite the difficult layout, our team developed a customized solution that allowed us to restore the crawlspace without the need for major demolition. We installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system throughout the accessible areas to help seal out moisture, pests, and cold air that were affecting the home above. We also reinforced the failing support beams to help stabilize the sagging floors and improve the structural integrity of the home. The transformation not only improved the condition of the crawlspace itself but also helped create a healthier, cleaner, and more comfortable living environment throughout the main floor of the home.

This homeowner from Fairmont, MN stopped by our office one day to discuss replacing a window well at their home. Without much explanation, we knew exactly what was going on. Wood was commonly used as the structure for window wells. As time goes on, the wood will start to rot or warp due to the elements. This homeowner was using 2x4s to support his well and knew a collapse was imminent.

This Pemberton, MN homeowner was dealing with a cracked and bowing basement wall and water seeping in during heavy rains. The horizontal crack was a clear sign of pressure from the soil outside, and the moisture was beginning to damage the interior, causing musty odors and concern over long-term structural stability. The home was in need of basement waterproofing and foundation repair.

We permanently stabilized the bowing wall using our PowerBrace system, which prevents further inward movement and can even help straighten the wall over time. To address the water intrusion, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system to collect and redirect water, paired with CleanSpace wall covering to create a vapor barrier and improve the basement’s appearance. The space is now dry, stable, and protected from future damage.

This basement in Le Center, MN was suffering from significant water intrusion and structural issues. The cinder block walls showed signs of long-term moisture damage and efflorescence, mold-like staining, and visible cracks throughout. The floor was discolored and damp, indicating ongoing water seepage. The space was not only unsightly but also unsafe for storage or use due to poor waterproofing and compromised structural integrity.

The basement has been completely transformed after a full waterproofing and stabilization makeover. CleanSpace was installed to create a vapor barrier, sealing off the walls and preventing moisture from penetrating the interior. Below the surface, WaterGuard was fitted around the perimeter to efficiently collect and channel water to the new SuperSump system, which now serves as the basement’s reliable drainage and pumping solution. PowerBraces were added to reinforce and stabilize the previously cracked and bowing walls, restoring structural integrity. The result is a clean, dry, and secure basement space ready for safe use and future finishing.
