This home had a very old sump pump system that we replaced with our SuperSump. Additionally, we installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace products to completely protect the space.

Steve from Lino Lakes needed some help with a cellar room under their house. The walls were experiencing water seepage making moisture a problem in the room. Our Design Specialist, Chris Scharmer, met with them to review the project options and showed them exactly what would be used for the work.  Chris made sure to take the time to understand their concerns and show them exactly how the products worked. Our WaterGuard Drainage System along with a CleanSpace Wall System protects the walls from Moisture.  SuperSump and UltraSump 4 Sump Pump System completed the project that would solve their problems. Our FlexiSpan Wall System is installed to prevent wall cracks from leaking.  Cracks in poured concrete walls are common.  Most are a result of shrinkage of the concrete as part of the curing process.

FlexiSpan seals the crack and if any water ever gets past the seal, it drains down into the drywell.  No amount of wall movement will make it leak again because FlexiSpan is....well, flexible.
