In this Arden Hills, MN project, we installed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System to address chronic moisture issues. The solution included a heavy-duty CleanSpace vapor barrier across the floor and walls, sealed seams, and airtight vent covers to isolate the crawlspace from outside air and groundwater vapor.
