Here is a great before and after of just what we can do with a nasty crawlspace. Many people don't even think about how much mold & mildew they could be breathing in from their crawlspace let alone what sort of creatures might end up calling that space their home.

This homeowner reached out to us for help with his crawlspace. He had been dealing with cold floors on the main level and occasional rodent activity since moving in 4 or 5 years ago. He also noticed an "old" smell coming from the crawlspace. With our CleanSpace encapsulation, we were able to solve all of these issues—warmer floors, no more pests, and a fresher-smelling home!

This crawlspace was dark, damp, and filled with exposed dirt and debris. Our system design specialist, Ryan Brenner designed a perimeter waterproofing system to collect the water that was coming in and a vapor barrier system for the walls to prevent from moisture, mold, etc. 

The installation team installed WaterGuard along the perimeter and CleanSpace Wall System along the crawl space block walls.
