This homeowner reached out to us for help with his crawlspace. He had been dealing with cold floors on the main level and occasional rodent activity since moving in 4 or 5 years ago. He also noticed an "old" smell coming from the crawlspace. With our CleanSpace encapsulation, we were able to solve all of these issues—warmer floors, no more pests, and a fresher-smelling home!

This crawlspace was dark, damp, and filled with exposed dirt and debris. Not only was it an unpleasant environment, but the open soil and lack of moisture control made it a prime source for musty odors, high humidity, and potential mold growth, all of which can affect the health and comfort of the living space above.

With our CleanSpace encapsulation system in place, this crawlspace has been completely transformed. The durable, bright white vapor barrier seals the ground and walls, blocking out moisture and creating a clean, dry environment. This upgrade helps protect the home from mold, pests, and damage, while improving energy efficiency and air quality.

A homeowner in Zimmerman, MN was struggling with a cold, musty crawl space that made their home less comfortable and less energy efficient. The exposed dirt floor and falling insulation contributed to moisture issues, odors, and uneven temperatures throughout the house.

Our system design specialist, Ryan Brenner designed a perimeter waterproofing system to collect the water that was coming in and a vapor barrier system for the walls to prevent from moisture, mold, etc. 

The installation team installed WaterGuard along the perimeter and CleanSpace Wall System along the crawl space block walls.    

Here's a recent basement we just fixed in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The Fitzgerald family had damp block walls that needed waterproofing. Among the WaterGuard and SuperSump, we also installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace wall lining to help waterproof their basement. That is what you see here. CleanSpace can also be used for regular basement walls to help insulate and keep water out as well as using it in a crawlspace under a house. We also added an egress window with RockWell surround.
