We had water abatement in the basement and needed to get it taken care of. We are planning to take care of this in the short term and are currently budgeting for the project. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience, product and service. If the production is even half as quality as my initial inspection with Ryan I'm sold. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He deserves a raise.

Nina in the call center was very polite and was able to schedule a convenient appointment time. The System Design Specialists arrived promptly on time and got right to his inspection in the basement. The plan that Ryan provided had all the components to waterproof my basement and we felt it was going to be a long term solution. Great job with the design Ryan! We have been shopping around for a long time for the best possible option on waterproofing our basement. Every summer we talk about getting it waterproofed before the fall starts and we start to see flooding again as I'm sure most Portland basements do. We were referred TerraFirma through a friend, then heard them on the radio and shortly after saw their commercial on TV. It must have been a sign because we finally called them and they were a great company to work with. Jason Klein went above and beyond my expectation. He took his time to thoroughly examine the entire flood area and to explain things through a presentation on his computer as for the best possible solutions for the project. After all was said and done, I am happy with the price, I am happy with the product and I'm definitely happy with the new piece of mind.

At the time of inspection I was in the process of purchasing the home and I wanted to include this the proposal and quote in the repair addendum. I appreciate that Deryl had more than one idea so he could work with what I can afford. I was impressed with the fact that Deryl arrived early to the appointment, was completely prepared and even stayed late. Thank you. Overall I felt comfortable with one of the proposals Deryl drew up and went along with the project. The installation held up to the high bar Deryl set. They were early, prepared and stayed late. TerraFirma really impressed me throughout the entire process. 

I am very satisfied with how the project finished. At first glance everything looks great. Definitely an improvement from what was there, or not there, before. The test will come at the next heavy rain. We are very confident in your system, products and installers.  The crew went above and beyond to do some extra things and worked longer than they expected to. I appreciated the fact that, although they were there all day, it didn't feel intrusive. They gave honest feedback about any changes that had to be made throughout the project.

Our basement is actually pretty large. We have a lot of space potential, but as of right now all it has is laundry, bikes and other toys/garbage. It is a pretty well insulated area, it just looks really bad. What we had TerraFirma install were finishing products. They made sure that the humidity levels and drainage systems were up to code, put up walls and finished the flooring. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. Josh helped us design the basement plan. Josh had great ideas and worked WITH us to make sure we were happy with the plan. He was available to ask questions and just seemed like a cool guy. Thanks team!

My experience with TerraFirma has been positive. The call center rep was very nice and was able to book an appointment around my busy schedule for Deryl to give me an estimate.
