We have had nothing but positive things to say about the company from start to finish. The call center was able to schedule a time that fit my schedule and sure enough the estimator was there right on schedule. Chris was very helpful. He was genuine and creative with his solution for our project. We really enjoyed working with Chris. I was very pleased with the results after installation and we are excited to have a waterproof and healthier basement.

The call center was very polite and able to schedule an appointment convenient to me, my work, and my kids, so I really appreciated the punctuality of Deryl to the set time. He was ready to inspect and estimate my project well in advance. In my opinion he and TerraFirma, all together, was very professional and polite. I felt that Deryl listened to me and respected my budget. Most contractors I've worked with in the past try to up sell products that you don't necessarily need. Deryl was respectful and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted for what I was comfortable spending. The installation of my drainage system took a day. I had a Drytrack perimeter installed leading to a sump pump. Everything went very smooth and I have no complaints with the entire project. 

Our experience with the call center, sales team and production team was very good. Everyone knows their role and how to perform it to the highest standard. Because we had a lot of work done in the basement which included perimeter and interior drainage systems, sump pump and a wall crack repair, their was definitely a fair amount of clean up to be had. We really appreciated that Keith and the TerraFirma crew took the time to tarp all the furniture, remove debris and afterwards restore everything back to the way it was when they started. We had a lot of questions for the teams that were coming through the home and everyone was very helpful and informative to every last detail. Thank you for your help, patience and excellence on a job well done.

We had an exceptional experience with Deryl and we are excited to know that our basement will be permanently waterproofed and now is a livable situation. Deryl was very informative and had creative solutions to our issues. The prices were fair. We loved having your company do the work due to the positive interaction we have had with your staff. The call center was courteous and efficient with my time and lack of flexibility for scheduling. The salesman, Josh, was punctual and even early to our appointment. I was happy to see he could give me a comprehensive quote at the time of inspection. I felt like I was able to make a very informed decision based on Josh's presentation. Production held up to the same standard Josh set. They were early, worked harder than anyone I have every watched work and they were done with a big project in two days time. I feel comfortable with my waterproofed basement and the systems TerraFirma installed. Josh was a great representation of your company. You need more people like Josh!

Tim was on time and did everything he said he would do. He set great expectations. Tim was very professional and personable. Very knowledgeable and presented the information well. The pre-mail packet came in the mail the next day as Tim had mentioned. We called Tim back with more question after the appointment and he was more than happy to take time out of his day to make sure we had 100% satisfaction with TerraFirma. 

Josh did a thorough inspection, was friendly and knowledgeable. He fully understood my situation and made a bid based on my needs. We really appreciated the courtesy on our scheduling phone call, the check ins by Josh before he came out to our home and his punctuality on the day of inspection. We felt very comfortable with the plan that Josh had designed and were confident that this was the solution that would improve our basement and make it a livable space. Very happy with the results. 

Living in the northwest means you are going to get rain. In theory it is supposed to stay on the outside of your house. We have developed a nice little lake in our basement. Whenever it rains the basement floods a little, so we have to keep all our storage off the ground. We don't have to worry about that anymore. TerraFirma took care of my flooded basement with some drainage devises and most importantly a sump pump. Ryan was sincere and knowledgeable. We had a very enjoyable experience working with him and we thought he did an amazing job with developing our project. Ryan was with us from the start to the finish. He answered questions, made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening, and even followed up post completion. GREAT work from everyone at TerraFirma.

I was treated with excellent service by the call center, Jason and the installation crew. An appointment was scheduled to my convenience, and I was able to go to class with Jason who informed me off my situation. the system and products that he proposed I felt confident in, and his presentation only confirmed my confidence. I was given a price at the time of inspection which was nice and I took advantage of the extra discount by proceeding with the project then and there. Jason did an amazing job settling expectations for the crew. They knew exactly what to do and got right to work. I was very impressed with the whole operation dart to finish. 

TerraFirma came to our home and helped waterproof and finish our basement. The customer service in the call center and by the System Design Specialist were excellent. Everyone showed up on time and was prepared for the task. After receiving multiple bids we believed that TerraFirma's was going to give us the most efficient solution so we went with them and we are glad we did. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

Deryl was excellent! did a comprehensive job, explained the issues through descriptions, photos and videos. Overall a very complete and professional analysis of the problem and comprehensive recommendation for the solution at a reasonable cost. The service that we got from the call center was excellent, Deryl was nothing short of that and nor was the installation crew. We never felt like we were left in the dark about the next steps in the process. TerraFirma was very on top of things and we really appreciated being in the loop. Many times in the past the project would start and finish before we had any chance to ask questions. Availability and courtesy means everything to me when it comes to a contractor, and Deryl did exactly that.

On a scale of 1-10, my experience with TerraFirma has been a 10. For larger expenses or home projects, I always take my time to shop around to make sure I am getting the best deal and the highest quality of work for my dollar. Waterproofing my basement was no different. TerraFirma was the first of 4 bids. What I found after discussing the different options was that TerraFirma's proposal was middle of the pack price wise, but by far at the top as far as completeness and total basement waterproofing. I'm very glad with my decision to use TerraFirma's expertise. The entire company from front to back was professional and took great care of me, my time/money and the project. You have a great team at TerraFirma and needless to say I was very impressed with the projects outcome.
