Kevin designed a great waterproofing system and we are very happy with the results. Typically when it would rain hard for 2 to 3 days at a time, water starts to seep through the bottom of our daylight basement walls. There are some cracks in the foundation and when it rains really hard, the water sometimes seeps up through those as well. I am confident in the products and the design to keep my basement dry all the time.

I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was having Moe and his crew here. They worked continuously and never wasting time, it was impressive to watch. Moe is a great guy and happy to have met him. Please pass along how pleased we are and how much we appreciate you and TerraFirma.

Stephen and 'the guys' were very professional, courteous, and tidy. Job was done well and to spec, and within the time frame estimated. I did not even have to vacuum the house when they were done; the yard was perfect, and the house smells a LOT better. It's a big relief to know the water is being controlled in the crawl space. These gentlemen answered all my questions. They were helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this company, and the installation crew was outstanding.

TerraFirma did a fantastic job from start to finish. The call center was able to schedule me an appointment convenient to my schedule. The system design specialist was on time and professional. TerraFirma was able to provide the services that we needed to completely waterproof the basement. We felt comfortable with working with Deryl. He was very courteous and sincere to our needs. Bryan impressed us as very knowledgeable and professional in every respect. He obviously believes in his company and products, and he presented both well. We thought that the price was fair and for the basement services we were receiving, it was more than reasonable. We have created a home office in the basement and there aren't the moldy musky smells as before.

Tim was a real professional. He has his basement, crawlspace and foundation knowledge down and it shows. Tim Cook did an excellent job and had some great ideas. We had a large basement waterproofing project on our hands. It needed a pump, drains and insulation. We were happy to know that TerraFirma was able to take care of all these different aspects. I have had this water problem in my basement for years. It seems like every fall and winter and spring we get standing water. We called TerraFirma with intention to get a quote and fix it immediately. We heard they were the best company in town for this sort of thing and was actually referred to by a neighbor of ours who had similar work done by them. Jason Klein was on time to our appointment and went right to work in the basement. Luckily it wasn't raining at the time of the appointment or things would have been much more wet. Jason was knowledgeable and seemed to be a veteran in the field. Everything made sense for us at the time to proceed with the project and we took care of it that day. The call center handled my call with courtesy and efficiency. I received an appointment at my convenience. The System Design Specialist was promptly on time and he answered all my questions. The products that Ryan suggested I felt comfortable would would solve my problems and that TerraFirma was able to provide all of these services so I didn't have to contact multiple contractors. We were provided a proposal at the time of inspection and it was fairly priced. I decided to finance the project which Ryan suggested they had some great plans for. I was very pleased with the work Ryan did and with my overall experience with TerraFirma from start to finish. 

Nina was a very cheerful and pleasant person to talk to when setting my appointment. She was able to find me an appointment in the same week I called that fit my schedule. Chris Kelly showed me a couple different options with solutions to my basement needs. We decided on one that I felt comfortable would be a long term solution that also fit the budget. We were very pleased with the plan and the result. Chris is an expert and deserves a raise. my drain system and basement insulation was quick. Everyone was punctual in the morning and before you know it they were gone. We had a few post project questions for Chris in which he was more than happy to take time and answer. TerraFirma earned my trust and my business.

We had some serious drainage, leakage, water flooding, etc, etc, etc problems. Not a small project since it was occurring on multiple sites on the property. Ryan had his hands full with this project. The design that Ryan drew up was going to permanently solve our problem right the first time. We had a little concern that through the installation there was going to be standing and running water throughout the apartment complex and on the neighbor's yards, but your team was very tedious and careful around the sensitive areas and did a great job. We would recommend your company indefinitely and are glad we chose TerraFirma.
