There are a lot of companies is Oregon that waterproof basements and install drainage systems. However, non of them are on the same level of TerraFirma. We met with multiple companies and contractors and all gave us very high bids. Ryan was creative enough to find a solution he could stand by and that we were comfortable with, not only in price but in quality of work. From the beginning of the project to the finish we were well informed of what was happening in the current state of the project and everyone was very available to answer questions. We feel confident in giving TerraFirma a 10/10 and know we are probably not the first people to say that.

The positive experience started with my conversation in to the call center. She had set very good expectations to what the sales team was going to be performing. Sure enough Jason delivered when he arrived. I love when companies do what they say they are going to do. So I felt comfortable with Jason asking question and doing business through him and the company. Jason was great. Very knowledgable, helpful and easy to work with. If I encounter foundation problems in the future, I will be calling TerraFirma.

Ryan definitely knew what he was talking about, and I was extremely impressed to know the foreman Drew was equally knowledgeable. I wish that my father-in-law had used TerraFirma on his foundation repair project as well.  Usually dealing with specialty contractors is such a pain in the butt, but TerraFirma was pleasant to work with and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to do anything. with the summer coming up, we wanted to get this taken care of early so we could continue on with he rest of our summer plans. Josh was a true professional and was very accommodating to our rapid fire schedule. The call center gal was able to get us a quick appointment with Josh, and Josh was able to schedule a quick project date. Next thing you know the project was finished and we were on to enjoying our summer. The plan Josh designed we felt comfortable with and the products involved with the installation we felt confident was going to solve our drainage issues. Now traveling we don't have to worry about our basement flooding or having excess water build up around our foundation. Talk about peace of mind.

I am currently in the process of more bids but at this moment I am very impressed with the representative. One of the most professional and competent contractors that I've ever dealt with. Nina in the call center was able to get the information from me quickly and schedule me with the right System Design Specialist to come and estimate my project. I need to hear from other bidders and make sure that I'm getting the best bang for my buck.  That being said, I am very impressed with what I have seen so far.

Your call center handled my call with courtesy, efficiency and was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The System Design Specialist was promptly on time, and Kevin listened and answered all my questions. TerraFirma was able to provide the products that I requested for my solution. Kevin had a great knowledge of basements, crawlspaces and basements. I want to give a big shout out to Colin, who came to do the annual inspection and service of my basement system.   A few months ago I had a fly outbreak and kept looking for a body somewhere in the basement, without success. A pest management service person discovered a dead raccoon under my patio deck, in a well next to a basement window that is never used as it is completely covered by the deck.  The pest management person did not offer to help me with the body--I didn’t really expect him to, but I know I wished it. I couldn’t bear to do it myself, and I couldn’t find anyone to do it for less than a couple hundred dollars.  My next door neighbor offered to be my buddy while I did it, which was nice of her, but I REALLY didn’t want to do it.  I'm 71 and feel that at this point in my life, there should be some perks to having lived this long.  Colin offered to remove it as he was early and had a bit of extra time.  He should get five gold stars and his name in banners.  Thank you, thank you, thank you, Colin.  And thank you, Terra Firma Foundations.  I’m very happy with the work you did here.

Drew and his crew did an excellent job installing the BrightWall system in my basement. He kept me informed, answered all my questions and finished the job on-time. I don't give high recommendations very often but considering how well the job was performed, TerraFirma, and Drew in particular, earned this rating. From the initial visit with the estimator, Deryl, to the finished product - great job!

We are currently doing our own independent research to make sure this is the best option for our house. I'm feel great about how Casey explained things to me, I just like to do a little of my own research on the side for piece of mind. Casey gave us more than enough information during his visit so we now have a great understanding of where the project rooted from and the next steps would be. I'm very pleased with Ryan and the plan he put together for my home foundation repair. Ryan went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection and make sure that he didn't miss the slightest detail. I knew this was a big project and I'm very happy that he took the extra time to not miss any details. He was very helpful and informative. For an expense this big, I wanted to make sure I got the best solution available, so I shopped around. It didn't take long for me to notice the design Ryan had put together was the most all around efficient. Making my decision was a no brainer. 

This is a larger project. Before meeting with TerraFirma it was hard to visualize, even with all of your tools on Patrick's comp, but they helped tremendously. It will be better when I see how it all comes together. Patrick explained things great and was clearly knowledgeable with piering systems. We are so happy to have called. All I know is I'm glad I'm not the one doing this project. The production team was amazing and really exceeded my expectation. TerraFirma is an great company. Everyone I spoke with was polite and education. I felt comfortable with the project from day 1. 

What a great company, and Patrick was a treat to work with! Your company as a whole  is all around great and we wouldn't have worked with anyone else. The call center was friendly, Patrick was professional and knowledgeable and the production crew was some of the hardest working people I have had the pleasure to work with. Patrick's comprehensive assessment of our foundation was complete. Our project was larger so we wanted to make sure everything was to the T. TerraFirma are the experts in foundation repair.

Significant settling on these two lots. There must have been some underground spring or pipe burst here because only these two lots on our whole property were seeing the settling and sinking. I first noticed the problem after a tenant moved out and we were preparing for another family to move in. There were cracks in the wall that I had not noticed before. I check the neighboring lots and could only see cracks in the two lots. Jason Klein came out to take measurements and give an estimate. The foundations on both houses had sunk nearly two inches. Being an owner of many properties, these things need to be taken care of immediately or they just keep getting worse and the price keeps going up to repair. Jason's diagnosis was complete and comprehensive to both properties and he was able to schedule a quick date to get things taken care of. I was most impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Jason and his crew. He is a jack of the trade.
