1. In Colorado thunderstorms are common in the spring and summer; the Eastern Plains have some of the biggest hail storms in North America. Floods are caused both by thunderstorms and by the rapid melting of snow in the mountains during warm weather.
2. When flooding hits your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
3. If you allow it to be wet, moldy, humid, smelly, and unhealthy, you're abandoning an entire floor of space in your home. Additionally, the basement air - filled with odors, dust mite feces, humidity, and mold spores - will rise into the rest of the house, ruining the healthy environment of the home.

Comment: We have water coming in on one wall in our house and I took down the wall to get to the foundation and now I can see where most of the water is coming in. I've been looking at installing a system like this. It's only one wall. It's about 22'. I already have a sump pit and pump plumbed and running at one end of this wall. I was wondering how much it is for your channel system. Thanks

Comment: The perimeter basement wall and floor joint has seepage. No standing water, just dampness. I removed concrete in a couple of areas and found that water is seeping under foundation. Looks like we have pillars instead of a footer. I can actually reach under the foundation and touch the plastic french drain on the outside. We also have floor heaving. I would also like an estimate for a crawl space improvement. Also, we have settling in our garage and want to know if we should lift spaces or look at a complete replacement. Thanks

Comment: Water leaking into the basement, likely a water run-off problem from our house and neighbors house. Need estimate to know if we need foundation repair, new water drainage system or what. Thank you!

Comment: We have a Liberty sump pump that pumps about every 10 to 20 seconds. Last year we had a flood that had the Liberty installed because the other one didn't work. We are still having seepage from an area close about 6 feet from the sump pump. How much is a Triple system?
Project Location: Otis St, Broomfield, CO 80020
Comment: Water seeping from unknown source, causing wet carpets and mold. Problem is particularly noticable during heavy rains. Possible plumbing problem, but more likely a damaged foundation allowing groundwater seepage.

Project Location: Nelson St, Westminster, CO 80021
Comment: Had a structural engineer inspect our home when it was purchased to confirm repairs made on the foundation by prior owners. He found a handful of items that still need to be addressed including a support pipe replacement, adding a support ledger, sealing some cracks, and a couple of other items. I can provide the full report. Would like to have someone contact me to come provide an estimate on the work so I can get it addressed for a refinance. Thank you, Zane
